How can I verify my account?

You will have to sign up first then you can verify your account on the verification page.

Some of the following documents might be required during the verification process at Yemen Tadawul.

1- Email Verification:

Valid Email Address

 

2- Identity Verification:

  • Government-issued International Passport
  • Government-issued Identity Card
  • Government-issued Driving License

 

3- Personal verification : 

  • Take a selfie with raising your national identity by hand

 

4- Address Verification : 

       Acceptable Proof of Residence verification documents are:

  • Utility bills (for heating, electricity, water, cable, landline telephone, sewer, gas).
  • An original printed statement from your financial institution (bank, credit/debit card, mortgage, insurance, investments). Please note that we do not accept statements from purely online financial institutions.
  • A signed and stamped letter from your financial institution confirming your account with them, your address, and your full name,
  • Any government-issued correspondence (including tax documents, court documents).

 

 Kindly note that all previously verified clients are required to provide updated Proof of Residence documents once a year and an updated Proof of Identity in case that the one submitted has expired.

Why do I need to verify my identity?

When you want to exchange instantly, it’s important to verify your identity.
This is because most governments see digital money.

  • Yemen Tadawul requires customers to go through a KYC (Know Your Customer) or ID verification process to confirm the ownership of the customer’s. 
  • The good news is that the verification process is straightforward and, on average, it only takes maximum 30 minutes to complete. You simply need to upload your government ID (passport, ID card or driving license) in good quality to ensure that our verification team can process and approve it.

How long does the verification process take?

The verification process is usually conducted within 30 minutes, but in some cases, it can take up to 24 hours

What do I need to do to verify my account?

You’ll need to upload a few copies of specific documents to confirm your identity and Proof of Agent Invoices.

Do I need to verify my account before placing a new order?

To get full access for all types of currencies you’ll definitely need to verify your account.

What should I do if I have not received a confirmation email after the registration?

As soon as you register on our website, we send you an email to activate your account. If you do not receive the email within five minutes, check your Spam folder. If the email is not there, contact our support team.

How can I exchange one currency to another one?

1- Register and verify your account.

2-  Go to the Exchange page and choose the type of currency you want to spend.

3-  Choose the type of currency you want to receive.

4-  Type in the money amount you want to spend.

5-  Press the Exchange button.

6-  Fill in all essential information into the boxes marked with *

7-  Complete payment using the details provided in the order description*.

8- OTP of payment sender number has to be verified at each exchange.*.

9-  Please wait until the order has been completed automatically.

10- Check the real-time status of your order over the Dashboard.

The application has been paid. When is my wallet going to be recharged?

The transfer of funds to your wallet is performed almost immediately. If it did not happen (within 10 minutes to 24 hours), check the status of your application in the “Applications” section of your account. If there are no errors, please, contact the support service.

Is it possible to cancel an application?

A completed application is nonreversible. That means that by this application your funds are nonrefundable. If the application is paid but not completed, you have a possibility to return your money (less transfer commission fees charged) by e-mailing the support service from the “Contacts” section

Can I reopen a canceled order?

Unfortunately, you can’t reopen a canceled order.

If I changed my mind and want to cancel a recent order, can I do that?

According to our rules it is only possible if the payment hasn't been sent out within 1 hour after submitting an order with Yemen Tadawul service.

Can I cancel my recent order/s if the payment already has been sent?

No, if you have already made a payment using the details provided in the order description, then this order is considered as completed and can't be canceled.

Is it possible to pay directly from the wallet?

bsolutely not. You can do it only through the application on the web-site. Direct payments will be returned less transfer commission fees charged

Is it possible to exchange more than it is reserved?

Yes, it is possible. You will need to create an application. As soon as the funds are accessible, you will be sent a notification on your e-mail, where you can find the link for continuing with an exchange.

What are the commission fees?

The commission fees are already included into exchange and are reflected on the step of creating an application, as well as fees for the transfer of payment system.

Why rate higher?

1. If you get good service, the rate will be a little higher.

2. We think it's better to exchange a little higher rate without being a victim of Fraud, so you don't lose your money.
3. You will find many sites have very low rates but we don't think you will be satisfied with that.
4. All exchanges are Easy.
5. OTP of the payment sender number has to be verified at each exchange.
6. It is not possible to exchange without OTP due to security reasons.
7. You have no chance of losing money.

I entered the wrong wallet number for receiving funds. What should I do?

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel confirmed payments. If the wallet number is incorrect, in this case, the payment will not be received. Thus, you have to contact us, and we are going to return you the payment less the transfer commission fees charged

Are there any limits for the transactions

es, limits depend on your level of verification. You can check the limits for a specific exchange direction with our support team.

Is it possible that I exceed the reserve in spite of the figures given on the website?

Normally, yes. To check availability of a certain currency, press the “need more?” link that is located near the reserve amount and submit your request. As soon as the required amount reaches our accounts, you will receive a notification.

What should I do if I have paid the order but there is still no money?

1) Familiarize yourself with order processing times (see “How long does the exchange usually take”).

2) Check your email. There could be questions related to your order, and we might have emailed you to request additional information.

3) If you made a transfer via internet banking or from a cryptocurrency exchange, check whether funds have been deducted from your account, what the current status of the transfer is, and whether you have pressed the “I have paid the order” button on our website.

4) Contact our support team and tell them the number of the order and all the details of the transaction. We will try to sort out the situation as soon as possible.

For your convenience, in case of cryptocurrency payments, we do not wait for all the required confirmations. We fix the rate once we receive the first confirmation.

If the first confirmation is delayed for more than a day, we email you to check whether you still wish to perform the exchange or you want to cancel it.

Are there discounts for regular clients?

Yes. By registering on our website, you receive a discount that decreases our fee. The more transactions you perform, the higher your discount gets:
